Strategic Plan

This is an exciting time in the development of this Catholic Multi Academy Trust, as it is set to expand within Diocese of Salford schools across the Local Authorities of Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Salford & Wigan.

I join as interim Catholic Senior Executive Leader (CSEL) with a focus on schools being their best version, in order to meet the bespoke needs of their local communities. To do this we must focus on the specific gifts within our teams, provide & empower strong and focused leadership and the development of challenging and aspirational curricula in order to best prepare our students for life in a rapidly changing context.

Our focus on human flourishing, with students being a force to transform society, rooted in their faith beliefs, builds upon the words of Saint Teresa of Calcutta:

I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples…

In moving forward we pledge:

  • to always act in LOVE for each other;
  • to always ensure that JOY has a real presence in our actions;
  • and to always behave in a way that strengthens FRIENDSHIP.
